The press premiere of Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana was held in Mumbai last night. Celebrities present for the special screening were: Barfi star Ranbir Kapoor, Student Of The Year stars Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Siddharth Malhotra, director Karan Johar, Raaz 3 star Esha Gupta, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara director Zoya Akhtar, Talaash director Reema Kagti and the entire cast and crew of Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana.

Kiran Rao looked super funky in those yellow pants and a tribal neckpiece. The grey top looks like a mismatch when you take a fleeting glance at the bespectacled babe, but after a while you don’t just get used to it, but also start liking her effortless sense of style. Someone who gave Kiran some serious competition in terms of looking quirky was singer Sona Mohapatra. Parading around in a Kallol Datta creation that she teamed with a cropped silver jacket, Sona sprinkled some much needed mirch-masala over her ensemble with an envelope clutch and an unusual pair of tie-up shoes.

Kalki was seen in a blue shirt and a crinkled long skirt. But it didn’t take her long to smother that casual-arty look to death by wearing flat ballerina shoes with her ensemble. Talking about smothering, the two people who made us feel really suffocated were Ranbir Kapoor and Varun Dhawan. Why are the dudes sporting similar fashion statements? They both were seen resorting to that old-hat ‘shirts over their T-shirts’ style. While Mr K as always looks super cute, Dhawan wasn’t bad either. But how we wish we could see the two hunks opt for something much better, without coincidentally ending up sporting the same style, of course!

Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap hosted a special screening of his next film Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana in Mumbai recently for his close friends.Produced jointly by Ronnie Screwvala and Siddharth Roy Kapur apart from Kashyap, Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana is a mad, quirky movie which revolves around the subject of chicken. As Bollywood loves chicken, a motley bunch of cine world celebrities was spotted relishing the gala spread on Monday evening.

Considering the director of the film, Sameer Sharma, was an assistant on the sets of Dilwale Dulhaniye Le Jayenge, Headlines Today also spotted a lot of other filmmakers too associated with the magnum opus.
