JAB TAK HAI JAAN - VIDEOS

"JAB TAK HAI JAAN" - A Yash Chopra Romance. Starring Shahrukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma, the film has also brought together the award winning pair of A. R. Rahman and Gulzar, who orchestrated by Yash Chopra, have created some wonderful and poetic music for this romantic film

The main theatrical trailer of nearly 2:30 minutes featuring the film's title was released on September 20, 2012 through Yash Raj Films' official YouTubechannel.[28] It received a tremendous response on YouTube with a million views on the first day and 30,000 likes within a week, surpassing the record held byThe Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2, making it the first film trailer in the world to achieve this number in such a short amount of time. After the success of the trailer, Yash Raj Films relied on releasing videos of songs as further promotional material on YouTube. Challa,Saans and Jiya Re were all well-received by the audience. The marketing of the film also involved public appearances by Katrina, Shahrukh and Anushka, as well as a Kaun Banega Crorepati episode dedicated to Jab Tak Hai Jaan.
The beginning of the album does throw you in an unfamiliar zone though with 'Challa'. Just when one expected 'santoor' to be doing the trick (something which is expected in a Yashji film, especially since the time when he collaborated with Shiv-Hari three decades back), it is actually a guitar on the forefront. Rabbi Shergill is the chosen one and though one would have still adjusted to his voice if it was for a montage sequence, it is surprising to actually see Shahrukh Khan lip-synching on him. Yes, the music is indeed very catchy (which is a relief) but the heavy duty lyrics as well as peculiar singing style of Rabbi does take time to settle in.

JAB TAK HAI JAAN is scheduled for a November 13th 2012 release. Come celebrate this Diwali with Yashji, whose movies have been lighting up homes worldwide during this festive season.he music and the background score for the film is composed by A.R. Rahman, teaming up with Yash Chopra for the first time. The soundtrack features nine tracks with eight song lyrics penned by Gulzar and the title poem written by Aditya Chopra. The audio was released on the Yash Raj Films' own music label YRF Music. The song Challa was first released as single track and later, the entire album was released on October 9, 2012. The soundtrack received positive reviews upon release.
