An upcoming crime thriller film and a sequel to the 2008 hit film, Jannat. The film is directed by Kunal Deshmukh, and produced by Mahesh Bhatt and Mukesh Bhatt. Earlier, actress Prachi Desai was signed on to play the female lead opposite Emraan, but was later replaced by Esha Gupta, due to the fact that the director, Kunal Deshmukh, felt Desai could not fit the part of being bold and sensual, while Desai also was not comfortable with it.

The soundtrack is to be composed by Pritam Chakraborty, and scheduled for release on 27 April, 2011. In November 2011, it was reported that three songs from the film have been leaked to YouTube. Though actor Emraan Hashmi denied the leak and announced the songs to be fake.
