The film's shooting was set to begin on October 5, 2011 but got postponed to accommodate Deepika Padukone's dates causing scheduling conflicts with Sonakshi Sinha.Sinha's dates conflicted with her filming schedule for Dabangg 2 (2012), forcing her to drop out.

Priyanka Chopra was rumored to be re-offered the part that she was initially offered as a replacement for Padukone but the producers denied these rumors and confirmed that Padukone's dates have been worked out. Following Sinha's ouster, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri and Zarine Khan were rumored to be considered as a replacement but it is Fernandez who finally bagged the role.

Bebo looked gorgeous in a white sleeveless top she paired with shorts while Saif looked handsome in a white t-shirt paired with blue jeans and a beige jacket.

John Abraham shows off his aviators, we wonder why he has opted for an ‘all black’ style. He has teamed a black blazer with a casual black T-shirt. And since we hear that Mr Abraham is playing a negative role in the film, we guess he’s trying to bring his sinister side to the fore by sporting this look. The mood of the shoot looks somewhat like this: The crafty boss (John) stands on the terrace of a high-rise along with his henchmen and is planning something wicked on the sly.

And just to make the scene all the more spicy, there’s a stuntman hanging to a harness, clinging to the side of the wall, whom John is bidding a final goodbye to! Stunts, masaledar machinations and a lot of oomph - Race 2 looks like an out-and-out commercial piece of hogwash. But for those who are eager to see the delectable John plotting and getting evil, we guess they should be desperately looking forward to this action flick.
