A sequel of 2007's Abhay Deol-Neha Dhupia starrer 'Ek Chalis Ki Last Local', Sanjay Khanduri's new directorial 'Kismet Love Paisa Dilli' stars Vivek Oberoi and Mallika Sherwat in lead supported by Ashutosh Rana, Anshuman Jha, Navin Kaushik and Bobby Vats. Neha Dhupia features in cameo role in this one.Bannered under Invincible Entertainment Pvt Limited, the film is co-produced by Amit Chandra, Reshma Chandrra and Krishan Chaudhery. The music is by Amjad Nadeem and Santokh Singh. Vivek Oberoi has rendered his voice for a song in the film.
Set in Delhi, 'Kismet Love Paisa Dilli' is a one night madcap story of Lokesh and Lovina.
Lokesh is a college going middle class guy and Lovina is the girl next door, who miss their last metro back home and a series of on the edge moments occur through the night where Lokesh and Lovina run across Delhi on this roller coaster of a night from cold streets to glitzy farm house parties... all... to gradually fall in love.
The comedy thriller is slated to hit the screens on 5th October 2012.
As Vivek Oberoi is playing a Delhi guy in his upcoming film Kismat Love Paisa Dilli (KLPD), his producer wanted him to pick the mannerisms of the capital. Vivek Oberoi also had a long shoot schedule in Delhi and for this entire period he didn’t want to leave his family and live alone in a hotel room.
He was on a search for a house for rent in Delhi. His representatives were hunting for the house when it came some good news to the actor that Amit Chandra, the producer of the movie has gifted him a luxurious flat in Gurgaon.

A source close to the film informed, “Vivek wanted to spend time with his family since he has been shooting round the clock. He decided to book a room on rent for his family as well during the Delhi schedule. When producer Amit Chandra learnt about this he decided to buy a plush property in the heart of the city for his lead actor and his family. It was also decided that the property would later be used in the film’s promotional activities.”

Adding further he says, “The house in question is a huge 5BHK apartment in DLF Gurgaon and has been named KLPD Pad at the suggestion of the entire team. The final work on the house will be completed before the schedule starts after which Vivek Oberoi’s family will shift in.”

ZOOMVivek Oberoi is playing a 20 year plus Delhi based guy in Kismat Love Paisa Dilli, a Sanjay Khanduri’s film. The film is question is a sequel to ‘Ek Chaalis Ki Last Local’. To play the role, he is keenly and deeply observing the assistant directors on the sets. He feels that though he is 30 plus, but by imitating the attitude of the young ones on the sets he could imbibe their traits.

He says, “Rakesh Roshan’s vision about the film is awesome, and he’s leaving no stone unturned to see that the super action film will be a fantastic experience for the audience. He’s looking into the minutest of details about the costumes and sets, and has got international technicians and stunt directors on board.”
