Saif , has produced the film through his Illuminati Films banner besides playing the central character of a RAW agent in the movie, which hits screens on March 23. It has been directed by Sriram Raghavan, who gave Saif his career's first negative role in Ekk Hasina Thi."That film was a little ahead of its time but Agent Vinod is releasing on the right time. Sriram Raghvan is a very interesting director and he has done something remarkable in this film too," said Saif.The film's song 'Pungi' is already on its way to become one of the biggest hits of the year.
