A crime thriller film directed by Milan Luthria and Produced by Ekta and Shobha Kapoor which focus on the rivalry of don Dawood Ibrahim (
Akshay Kumar ) between Chota Rajan (
Shahid Kapoor ) . It is a sequel to Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai. The film will star Akshay Kumar in the lead role opposite Ileana D'Cruz who plays an actress as well as his girlfriend in the film. It also features Shahid Kapoor appearing in a negative role.

Akshay Kumar who plays the role of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim in the film, is announced to be appearing in three different looks. His first look was revealed on an award-ceremony at Aapka Colors. Kumar will be seen opposite Illeana D'Cruz, who plays the role of successful actress Mandakini. In October 2011, it was announced that actress Kareena Kapoor was accepted as the female lead. This was an official source by the director Milan Luthria, though in December 2011 it was confirmed that she opted out of the film.
